A city is a living organ. Even though we might think mankind plans and organises a city, the buildings have their own time of ageing and passing away. My mother is a drawing consists of two wall-sculptures, both have the size of 200 x 180 x 35 centimetres. The wall sculptures are made plaster, plaster board, glue and tube lights. The wall sculptures depict the process of demolishing and renewing buildings in a city.
